I liked that the tram station was very close. The walk took maybe a minute. It took about twenty minutes to get to the city center. The staff always smiled and were super lovely.
The room got a little too warm. I could not fully adjust the heating so I had to open the window.

the location proved very convenient i found. tram stops were very close by this i appreciated. the staff offered help and were lovely it seemed. the hotel maintained cleanliness and this was basic, but sufficient for my needs.
ventilation in the room was not good it seemed. the building faced the sun causing unbearable heat. only one outlet existed in the single bed room and this made phone charging difficult.

The hotel is near tram lines. I used it to visit museums. A safe was included in my room. I appreciate that in a hotel. The desk staff provided useful information and solid English (. Train tickets are for sale at the front desk, something i did to reach quickly the airport.
The lighting in my room wasn't great. A couple of the room lights weren't working.

The desk staff were knowledgeable and helpful. They easily booked a taxi for my early morning departure (very useful). The staff always greeted guests with a smile, and that created a positive atmosphere.

The staff were very helpful. They booked a taxi for me to the airport. i was able to leave my luggage at reception until check-in time. it was a good stay!
there was no bin in the room, and there was also no fridge to store drinks. i also noticed that the room was stuffy after a few hours.

I was thrilled with the accessibility to public transport! A tram stop is only a short walk away. The staff were friendly and always offered assistance when needed. The room was clean, which I always appreciate (especially the bathroom!). I also found vouchers at the front desk for discounts on museums.
